Consulting & Advising
Christine Whitney Sanchez
I help organizations change from the inside out — strategically, humanly, and at scale. Fifteen years into my private psychotherapy practice, I added a second career as an international organizational development consultant — work I've now done for 25 years across private, nonprofit, government, and education sectors.
As Enterprise Technology's Chief Culture Officer Emerita at Arizona State University, I co-designed and activated a conscious collaborative culture with the 600+ staff members. I founded the T4 Leadership Academy and co-founded the SUNlite Coaching program — initiatives built to serve ASU and beyond.
My work is grounded in Strategic Collaboration™, drawing on strength-based change philosophy and high engagement practices such as Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, World Café, and — increasingly — agentic AI. I think of Appreciative Inquiry and Augmented Intelligence as the "two AIs" (AI²).

We face what scholars call a "polycrisis."
It's easy to feel all is lost. We face multiple, interconnected global challenges that cannot be addressed in isolation — climate chaos, social inequality, technological disruption, political polarization, economic instability, war, and public health crises — forming a web of interdependent challenges.
Yet within this complexity lies extraordinary potential. Embedded within the polycrisis are abundant opportunities — breakthrough possibilities emerging from the same systemic interconnections that create our challenges.
Evolution of Human Consciousness
The expansion of human consciousness as the foundation for planetary health — moving organizations and individuals from separation toward interconnection.
Human-Centered Technology
Advancing technology, including AI, in service of human wellbeing and dignity — augmented intelligence rather than a replacement for human judgment.
Democratic Governance
Innovating governance and decision-making structures that strengthen, rather than erode, democratic participation, such as multi-stakeholder platforms and digital tools that tackle cross-border challenges like climate change, artificial intelligence, and security gridlocks.
Regenerative Economics
Business and organizational models measured against a triple bottom line — people, planet, and profit — proving mission and margin can reinforce each other.
Integrative Wellbeing
Integrative practices for body, mind, and spirit that help people and organizations metabolize accelerating change instead of just absorbing it.
Healing-Centered Organizations
Bringing clinical depth into organizational life, building workplaces designed to process conflict and stress rather than merely manage around them.
Collaborative Intelligence
Pairing Appreciative Inquiry with Augmented Intelligence — the "two AIs" — to unlock collective wisdom and accelerate strategic collaboration at scale.
Transformative Leadership
Building leaders' capacity for adaptive, values-driven change — the discernment to lead well through complexity and crisis, not just stability.
Transformative Leading represents our pathway to navigating this transitional time.
The transformative leader's core move is identifying beyond the ego, questioning their own mental models and assumptions first, then working outward through relationships, organizational structures, and ultimately societal change.
The animating conviction
No single hero can save the day. Leadership becomes the practice of creating conditions for collective intelligence rather than exercising individual brilliance.
